I do not send out standard inclusion packs – sending your precious keepsakes directly to me is faster, moves your order straight to the front of the queue, and cuts extra waiting time. Breast milk is the only exception: I can post a dedicated breast milk inclusion pack if you prefer, or you may send it directly if you wish.

How much to provide:

- Hair / fur / whiskers / mane hair: One small pinch

- Ashes / cremated remains: One small spoonful

- Breast milk: Minimum 5ml – please ensure it is fully leak‑proof and very secure

Safe packaging instructions:

- Seal items inside a snap‑lock bag, then double‑bag for extra protection

- Always post in a padded bubble envelope – standard paper envelopes often tear or get damaged by Royal Mail sorting

After ordering you will receive an email with my full postal address – please check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive. If you still cannot find it, message me and I will send it over straight away. You will get confirmation as soon as your sentimental items arrive safely.

We are writing to share an important update regarding our gold pieces, and to be fully transparent about the reasons behind this change.

Our long-standing gold supplier has recently implemented an unprecedented, substantial increase in their material and production costs. After reviewing these changes carefully, we have decided we cannot pass these dramatic extra charges on to our customers – the resulting prices would be unfairly high, and we would never want to ask you to pay more than feels reasonable for something that holds such precious meaning. Equally, we are unable to absorb these costs ourselves to keep gold items at their previous price level.

For this reason, most gold designs will be temporarily removed from our collection for the time being.

What this means for your order:

- A limited selection of gold items will remain available to purchase while our current stock lasts.

- If you would like a specific piece custom-made in gold, we can still facilitate this on request. Please be aware that due to the supplier price rises, these items will be priced significantly higher than our previous rates, and we will share a full, clear quote with you before proceeding.

- We are monitoring the situation closely, and as soon as it becomes viable to offer gold at fair, affordable prices again, we will reintroduce these lines to our shop.

We are truly sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this causes. We know how special gold feels for keepsake jewellery, and this was a very difficult decision to make. Our priority will always be offering you beautiful, meaningful pieces at prices that feel fair – and we will not compromise on that.
