Turn around time is between 1 and 10weeks. This all depends on the items ordered, if its in stock, or if its custom made. It also depends on time of year, Christmas time we are always extremely busy so please get your order in, in plenty of time. If you need n item for a specific date, ease message me to check the item can be made for the date your require.

I can work with any amount of hair or ashes sent to me, but for better visibility of the inclusion I will require a pinch of hair or a small spoonful of ashes. These need to placed into a snap type bag and double bagged for extra protection whilst in the post. Please dont send your precious items in a regular envelope, it must be a padded envelope please.

Yes we do. Some select items can be made in 9ct Yellow, white or rose gold. Please ask.

1) I am not responsible for any damage or loss to items in transit. If in doubt please choose special delivery option postage at the checkout for your order. This will be tracked and insured. 

2) Ring sizing is YOUR responsibility,  I provide free sizes for you to check sizes (please ask), but you must make sure you can get the sizer on and off the chosen finger without it changing the size chosen. Rings are checked several times before making and leaving me, so if it doesn't fit when it arrives you have measured incorrectly. 

3) You have 24hours to cancel an order and to receive a full refund. After then no refunds will be given for cancellation. 

4) I'm not responsible for any items becoming a choking hazard. No items I make should be placed in your mouth.

5)Each item comes with 1years warranty,  as long as the item has not been roughly treated or any of the care instructions that are provided with each order broken, then im happy to repair items for just the cost of postage to return to you. But please message me to discuss your item. Please note some items are recommended for occasional wear and not everyday, so damage through everyday wear on these items may incur a small repair charge.

6) Should you find damage or fault to your item when it arrives you have 10days to notify me of this. I will do my best to rectify it. Should items have been accidentally damaged I will also do my best to help repair, but there will be a small cost for this. 

7) All items that contain lots of cz stones are advised for occasional wear and not everyday wear. Wearing these items everyday may cause the cz stones to become loose or lost.

Absolutely NOT! All orders are made by ME! This means that there is no chance of cross contamination as loved ones hair or ashes are not passed about like they are in a big business. Only I work with them and each order is made, completed and packaged away before I start the next. 

I can include almost anything into your memorial jewellery. Please find a list of what I've used in the past or what I can use. If in doubt please ask.

24hour tracked for postage is not covered for any loss or damage to items. Should your item go missing once it has left me you can not claim compensation or another item as it was posted at your own risk. You will have to pay for another item should you want another.

To make sure all items are covered with insurance please select special delivery option.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a order confirmation email with my full address in there. Packing wise of you can use a snap bag or simlar, double bag for security please. I require a small spoonful of ashes a pinch of hair.  I'll post out a pack for breastmilk inclusions. 

Please post to me in a bubble envelope or padded packing to protect your inclusions and post out with at least a signature or tracking.  A regular 1st/ 2nd class stamp is NOT enough sadly and your package may not get to me. (If however it does there will be the additional postage charge forwarded to you) .
