In quieter periods, most pieces are completed in 1–3 weeks. During busier times like Christmas, this can extend to up to 12 weeks. Fully custom designs, gold settings or highly personalised items may take up to 14 weeks.

Fast Track Service
Some in‑stock items can be prioritised for a small fee – please message me first to check availability and confirm if fast tracking is possible for your chosen piece. If you need an item for a specific date, always get in touch so I can confirm what I can arrange for you.

For your memorial jewellery, I typically need: a small pinch of hair/fur, one small spoonful of ashes, or a minimum of 5ml breast milk. Importantly, I can work with any amount you have – even the tiniest trace – as I understand how precious these items are. Please never send all you have, just in case items are lost in transit (though this has never happened, it is always best to be safe).

Yes, absolutely! Due to current high gold prices, I offer limited designs in gold at present. Yellow gold is available, alongside rose gold and white gold options on request. I recommend considering sterling silver or stainless steel alternatives for now, or waiting until gold costs settle a little – just message me to discuss your preferred style and latest pricing.

1. Transit, Delivery & Insurance

I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to orders during Royal Mail or courier transit. For full peace of mind, please select the Special Delivery option at checkout – this service provides full tracking and insurance cover for your order.

2. Ring Sizing Responsibility

Accurate ring sizing is your responsibility. I can provide guidance on sizing or supply a ring sizer on request; please ensure you test the sizer fits comfortably on your chosen finger without slipping or being too tight before confirming your size. All rings are measured and checked multiple times before dispatch – if your ring does not fit on arrival, this will be due to incorrect sizing provided at the time of order.

3. Order Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this 24‑hour period, once work on your custom or personalised item has commenced.

4. Safety & Choking Hazards

All memorial jewellery, keepsakes and small components are not toys. I accept no liability for injury or choking risks – never place any items or parts in your mouth, and keep them out of reach of young children and pets.

5. Warranty & Repairs

All items (excluding end‑of‑line clearance pieces) come with a 12‑month warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, provided the item has not been misused, roughly treated, or used contrary to the care instructions supplied with every order. Under warranty, I will repair your item free of charge – you only pay for return postage to you. Please contact me directly to discuss any repair needs.

Note: Items set with cubic zirconia (CZ) stones are recommended for occasional wear only, not daily use. Damage or loose stones caused by everyday wear may incur a small repair charge.

6. Damage & Fault Notification

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify me within 10 days of delivery so I can resolve the issue promptly. For accidental damage occurring after receipt, I will always aim to help with repairs, though a small charge for materials and labour may apply.

7. Care For Cubic Zirconia Jewellery

Pieces featuring multiple CZ stones are designed for special occasions and occasional wear only. Wearing these items every day may cause stones to loosen or fall out over time, which is not covered under standard warranty.

Every piece is handcrafted solely by me – I have no employees, so your precious keepsake is never handled by anyone else. I work on one order at a time, thoroughly cleaning all work surfaces and clearing away any traces of the previous order before beginning yours. This strict routine means there is zero risk of cross‑contamination between your sentimental inclusions and any other materials, giving you complete confidence that your memory stays entirely yours.

Alongside ashes, hair, fur and breast milk, I can incorporate almost any meaningful keepsake into your personalised memorial jewellery: soil from a grave, pregnancy tests, pet whiskers, horse mane or tail hair, dried flowers from a special day, sand from a favourite place, fabric from a cherished garment, nail clippings, teeth, or tiny fragments of a special item. If you have something unique you’d like to include, just ask – I’ll do my best to make it work for you.

Selecting 24-hour tracked delivery means your order is sent via a fast next‑working day service with full tracking updates. Please note: once posted, I cannot replace or reimburse you if the item is lost in transit. For full protection, choose Special Delivery at checkout – this option is fully insured, so if anything does happen, you will receive a replacement piece made for you.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a order confirmation email with my full address in there. Just incase you miss it, please post to : 49 Yeld close, Bakewell, De45 1fx 

 Packing wise of you can use a snap bag or simlar, double bag for security please. I require a small spoonful of ashes a pinch of hair.  I'll post out a pack for breastmilk inclusions. 

Please post to me in a bubble envelope or padded packing to protect your inclusions and post out with at least a signature or tracking.  A regular 1st/ 2nd class stamp is NOT enough sadly and your package may not get to me. (If however it does there will be the additional postage charge forwarded to you) .
